99.7 KY MORPHS INTO 99.7 'THE BOULEVARD'

In the latest ratings book 99.7 KY finished in 17th place in the Kansas City market.  With a new book coming out 1/22 rumors were that the Entercom station would be undergoing some changes.
The rumors were true as 99.7KY will morph into "99.7 The Boulevard."  On-air personalities Max, Tanna and Slacker are no longer with the station.
In addition, the station will be flipping formats to "variety rock" or "soft adult rock" and be commercial free for two weeks with a playlist expected to be triple the current one.

"...KY committed suicide. Listening  to that station was like being in the Bill Murray movie Ground Hog. Every day was the same music over and over and over."
