Damon Amendolara, who was let go by KCSP last month, made it official this week: He signed a deal with WQAM in Miami to be its night-time host.
�The DA Show rides again,� Amendolara said. �My first show will be next Tuesday.

KC radio guy could be headed to Florida Former KCSP talker Damon Amendolara appears close to landing a new gig with sports-talk station WQAM in Miami. Amendolara, who was let go by KCSP last month, had worked previously at WQAM�s sister station in Fort Myers, Fla. �I�ve been in talks with Miami at WQAM for their night-time shift, 9 p.m. to midnight,� Amendolara told me. �It�s being reported that I�ve been hired, but I have yet to sign anything. �I have an offer in front of me, but we are still in the back-and-forth on a portion of things. It would be a cool deal, including pregame and postgame duties on the Dolphins Radio Network.�
