KELLY URICH DEBUTS KCRADIO.COM
Kelly Urich, long-time radio personality on Mix 93.3 FM, has kicked off his own Web radio station (1/5).  It can be found on kcradio.com (LINK) and features "mainstream adult music."
The station will also have local weather reports from KMBC's Bryan Busby, guests, callers and contests. There will also be a special emphasis focused on the KC community.
On Thursday morning (1/8) he was featured on KCWE being interviewed by Kris Ketz (7-9 a.m.) (LINK TO STORY AND VIDEO) and then had American Idol's David Cook on his show in the afternoon.
Urich, who was on Mix 93.3 for about 15 years, will be on the air weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Central Time) and promises no more than a single ad in an hour. The advantage of an on-line station is that it is easier to track listeners and also has a global reach.
