NELSON TO LEAVE WEEKEND WEATHER POST AT KSHB

Jeremy Nelson, who joined KSHB's NBC Action Weather Plus team in November 2006 as the station's weekend meteorologist, will be leaving the station after three years to take a job in Milwaukee, where he will be closer to his wife's family.
There is no word whether he will be taking a TV post there.
His first job as a Meteorologist following graduation from the University of Wisconsin in 2000 was in Marquette, MI. He then was Chief Meteorologist at WMSN for five years in Madison, WI.
He holds the American Meteorological Seal of Approval and is a member of the National Weather Association.
"We are very, very sorry to lose Jeremy, but respect his decision," KSHB News Director Peggy Phillips told Bottom Line.
