02-09-2010 LATEST WHITLOCK RADIO RUMOR FALSE It is almost like clockwork. Whenever any talent departs a Kansas City radio sports talk station rumors start appearing on blogs that Kansas City Star columnist Jason Whitlock will be returning to the airwaves. Whitlock, who successfully burned all his local radio ties years ago, is again being rumored on at least two blogs as joining KCSP-610 Sports. He reportedly will be replacing "Cowboy" Cory Anderson who recently left 610 (LINK). If Whitlock is joining 610 it is news to Program Director Ryan Maguire. "I have had no conversations with Jason Whitlock," he told Bottom Line.
