KCTV5 Meteorologist Katie Horner has formed a new business called "Seal of Approval Video Consulting" to help potential candidates pass the video review process required by the AMS, CBM or NWA boards. A former board member of the American Meteorological Society, Horner will evaluate tapes to help candidates gain certification. Horner has 19 years experience in broadcast meteorology.
