University of Kansas Journalism Professor David D. Perlmutter, who was recently a guest speaker at an event hosted by the KC Press Club focused on blogging, will be appearing Thursday (5/8) on "The Daily Show" with Jon Stewart. Dr. Perlmutter, who has written a new book titled "Blogwars: The New Political Background," is expected to discuss political blogging on the Comedy Central network. The book examines the history of blogs and their effect on politics.
