Malcom Garcia has penned a moving story in Salon.com (07/24) about moving back into his mother's house following the death of his father. "I was 50, I had lost my job as a reporter in Kansas City, and I barely covered my rent freelancing. I was not married and did not have children, he wrote. "I moved back home on March 1, 2010." His fascinating tale discusses the complicated and often bittersweet relationship between a father and son. "I don't miss my father. I miss not missing him," he said.
