HEINZ ANNUAL REPORT PRINTING ERROR $$$

The H.J. Heinz Company is having its printer, Bowne of Pittsburgh, re-mail the entire 10-K section of its annual report to all Heinz shareholders after discovering an error in some of its annual reports.  The error involves numbering and content on several pages.
Heinz Chairman, President and CEO, William R. Johnson, assured shareholders that Bowne will absorb all charges for the re-printing and mailing.
